The Camino de Santiago Francés took us to Samos and to the impressive environment of its monastery.
Todos los monasterios tienen duende, y en sus formidables claustros que dan luz a todo el conjunto, no tardamos en encontrar el suyo, en el mimo con que sus jardines están cuidados, en la quietud y en la magia del lugar.
El monasterio deja pasar el tiempo tan despacio como el mismo Camino. Entre sus piedras intentamos entender la vida cotidiana de sus 18 habitantes. Todos tienen una función. Carpintero, jardinero, párroco, cocinero, hospedero? y nosotros, completando la cadena, peregrinos en busca de cobijo y alguna que otra historia escondida entre sus muros.

All the monasteries have charm, and in its formidable cloisters that give light to all the stays, it does not take us to find its charm in the mime with which its gardens are neat, in the stillness and in the magic of the place.
The monastery lets the time pass as slowly as The Camino does. We try to understand the daily life of its 18 inhabitants among its stones. They all have a function.
