Accommodation: Although that at the beginning I searched for the hotels in the forth cities, I decided to choose an initiative that most of you may know: COUCHSURFING.
I was more than welcome and hospitality was incredible. I recommend it to you 100% if what you want is, as me, get completely into the culture of the country. You will be able to learn a lot and different things that if you weren"t with people from the country you wouldn"t have learnt.
Anyway, if somebody doesn´t likes this way of traveling or their plan is different, the website where I saw the apartments and believe me, the prices were awesome was "apartamentos baratos"

JR Pass
Travelling around the country: I bought the "Japan Rail Pass" ticket. With it you can take all the trains that you want during the time you choose. I choose it for a week, because during the other week I was going to be in Tokyo. The price was 200€, but i was able to take bullet trains and immediately i travel from city to city.

Let´s go to Japan!
Preparation of your trip: There are a lot of important things, even more when you change continents.
Things that you should know.
- If you live in the European Union, you don"t need any visa to visit Japan, only with you Passport would be ok and you could be there for 90 days, but I say again Passport because ID card is not accepted. (I know in the website there is a Tourist Visa, but it is not necessary)
-If somebody has thought the same as me and wants to bring some cold meat; I warn you that they are not allowed in japanese customs.
-If you need some more information, you should check the website of the Japanese Embassy from your country.
